The flagship & roastery
Our original counter, expanded twice. Full kitchen, in‑house roastery you can watch through the glass wall, and ‘The Big Room’ — a 60‑seat football lounge with three 75‑inch screens and surround sound. Best for: morning meetings, all‑day work, and the biggest matches of the week.
Waterfront & late hours
Built on the boardwalk with a wraparound patio and a 110‑inch projector for outdoor screenings. Sunset hour every Friday features live oud from 6–8pm. Kitchen serves a small mezze menu until close. Best for: golden hour, dates, watching matches under the stars.
Quiet, plant‑filled, slow
A converted greenhouse with a small back garden. No bookings after 6pm, no laptops after 6pm, and a side lounge that runs matches with subtitles instead of sound. Best for: reading, long brunches, quiet match nights with friends who actually want to talk.
